This Privacy Policy explains how Future Flow Tech Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles your information in the OptiFarm mobile and web application (the “App”). We process personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in our backend (Supabase) and synced to your devices. Access is restricted to your organisation using row-level security, and data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We use the following processors solely to operate the App: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), and map-tile/geocoding providers for the optional farm-boundary map. We do not sell your data.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (More → Delete account). This permanently removes your account and profile, and deletes the data of any organisation for which you are the sole member. You may also contact us to request deletion.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
OptiFarm is a business tool and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
